Hub Feenix is more than a place to stay—it’s a living ecosystem, a vibrant village where creativity and connection flourish. Shared spaces like the coworking hub, fully equipped makerspace (perfect for woodworking, 3D printing, and crafts), outdoor volleyball field, at home movie cinema, communal kitchens, pool & ping pong table, and on-site café open for special occasions (serving vegan and vegetarian options) act as natural gathering points, bringing digital nomads, artists, and volunteers together to create unforgettable shared experiences.
Every month, we welcome artists from around the world through our thriving artist residency program, infusing fresh energy and endless opportunities for collaboration. Typically, we host 8-10 artists at a time, and they come from all over the world and stay for 1-2 months. They live in separate living quarters, but communal spaces and gatherings (Wednesday night sauna) make connecting and building friendships easy.
Our on-site volunteer community—a lively, international crew who help keep the space running—adds even more ways to swap stories, share skills, and build lasting friendships. Whether they stay for a few weeks, a few months, or even a few years, volunteers are at the heart of what keeps Hub Feenix in motion (and yes, the sauna too). They live in their own separate quarters, and like our resident artists, find connection and community in the shared lounges, kitchens, and creative spaces that make Hub Feenix feel like home.
At the heart of Hub Feenix is a dedicated group of full-time residents who live and breathe its mission every day. This core community includes founders Raisa and Torsten, along with long-time collaborators who answered the call to co-create something meaningful. Together, they steward the building, oversee daily operations, and help bring every program—from the artist residency to the volunteer crew to the digital nomad community—to life.
